Devised and delivered a problem identification methodology that is now accepted as business as usual.Influenced stakeholders to accept the methodology through strong communication in all forms- email, newsletter, formal and informal presentation and 1-2-1.This process was a key contributor to a huge improvement in the bad and doubtful debt and significantly changed the ‘culture’ within the RBSIF business, ensuring the business’s license to operate was maintained and in time, expanded.Recruited and inspired a national team to implement the new RST process..
