The Lead Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for providing oversight, and support to other Quality Assurance Analysts in the FEP Business Verification unit. This includes support for design, development, and execution of testing scope, testing strategy, execution plans, test scenarios and test cases associated with both traditional Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. The Business Verification unit supports strategic initiatives and must provide results consistent with stakeholder expectations, system functionality, and established processes. This role also provides technical and consultative oversight of the teams responsible for the delivery of quality strategic and operational activities and is responsible for collaborating with business, information systems, analytical communities, Plans and external partners to understand the impact on business and operating systems to formulate quality assurance strategies.

The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for leading the design, development and execution of testing scope, testing strategy, execution plans, test scenarios and test cases associated with both traditional Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. These activities support strategic initiatives and must provide results consistent with stakeholder expectations, system functionality, and established processes. This role also provides technical and consultative oversight for the delivery of quality strategic and operational activities and is responsible for collaborating with business, information systems, analytical communities, Plans, and external partners to understand impact on business and operating systems to formulate quality assurance strategies.

(Formerly employed with Hewlett Packard from Feb 2013 to Oct 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise from Nov 2015 to Mar 2017, and DXC Technology from Apr 2017 onward)▪ Capture requirements, document business rules, perform source system analysis and other data analysis activities▪ Design Conceptual/Business Dimensional Models, Process/Sequence Diagram, Use Cases, and Test Scenarios▪ Build logical and physical data models for the data staging system, data warehouse, data marts, and other objects▪ Develop ETL source-to-target mappings of data according to logical entities, relationships, business rules, source attributes, target attributes and business metadata▪ Troubleshoot ETL processes for data migration according to migration design/processes, business rules/metadata, source data, target objects, and existing ETL process related objects. This includes writing and refining existing Linux shell scripts and stored procedure SQL scripts▪ Create and refine analytical models, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards for customized data visualization▪ Create and maintain SDLC documentation (BRD, FRS, SDD, RTM, testing materials, training guides, and end user materials)▪ Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripts▪ Identify and log defects, performing analysis to determine the impact of defects and possible resolutions to address the issues▪ Communicate test results and status of defects to project stakeholders
