Product Marketing and Account Management executive with an unusual balance of early and mid-stage start up and Fortune 50 experiences in the I.T. world. A rich background evolving from the Military (Army) Intelligence Community and moving into systems engineering and Federal Integration as a foundation. Joining high-end Server designer Tricord Systems in it's early stages and moving from Systems Engineering Management to Channel & Product Marketing enabled me to flex my marketing strengths with a solid foundation in technical understanding. I have leveraged that foundation as I led product planning functions at Dell for it's line of OptiPlex Desktops, Dimension Desktops , served as North American Brand Manager for Consumer Notebooks and managed a team responsible for strategic planning of both notebook and desktop products for North America in Dell's Center of Competence. As Dell entered into the retail channel after many years of "direct" only, I led the Global Retail Product Marketing team for all consumer products worldwide.
