While in my current positions with JP Morgan, I provide leadership and guidance to a new team of five employees consisting of senior leadership and analyst positions. I direct all aspects of inventory management, strategic initiatives, and regulatory reporting for the department. Additionally, in this role I collaborate with compliance and legal teams to develop and implement new reporting requirements and changes based on industry regulations. A few key contributions while in this role include:⇨ Successfully built a global team and infrastructure to track over 400 reports and develop controls to meet reporting timelines. ⇨ Spearheaded an Annual Recertification Process to analyze 10 internal controls to meet compliance and reporting requirements. ⇨ Devised and implemented ongoing testing procedures to review and spot check regulator reports for completeness, errors, and timeliness.

As the CFO for Traditional Asset Management Products, I oversaw a department of 10 team members along with the financial responsibilities for traditional asset management products consisting of equities, fixed income, multi-asset solutions, and liquidity valued at over $1.2T in assets and over $4B in revenues. In my role I was responsible for presenting business plans, forecast projections, and new product strategies to the CEO and senior managers. I also helped to develop mid-level managers into strong, independent leaders within the work group, while overseeing all human resource responsibilities and direction for the group. A few key contributions while in this role includes: ⇨Developed a pricing model utilized by sales and client portfolio managers to accurately price separately managed account relationships for clients, while meeting the profit expectations of the company. ⇨Created the financial structure and implemented the company’s Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) group focused on combining multiple product groups under one umbrella to drive and sustain growth across all product lines. ⇨Worked collectively with the CEO & COO of MAS to establish the financial organizational hierarchy and reporting systems for the group. This was critical in creating focus and synergy among all internal teams.

While in this positon as the CFO of Global Fixed Income, Current, and Commodities, I directed all financial functions for the department valued at over $800B in assets and over $1B in annual revenues. My role oversaw all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, and risk management. Additionally, I collaborated with senior leadership teams and the CEO to develop company strategies, objectives, and goals. A few key contributions while in this role include:⇨Created detailed profitability statements focus on sub-business unit’s financial performance to review revenue trends, expenses, operating margins, and establishing cost controls to achieve business objectives. ⇨Served as the Project Manager in overseeing the integration and consolidation during mergers and acquisitions of new entities including incorporating team members and product lines.⇨Managed the build-out and development of profitability models to assist senior leaders in understanding business drivers related to specific areas of the company. ⇨Collaborated with senior leaders to control costs and promote a positive company atmosphere during the down turn in the financial markets in 2008.
