As the Senior Talent Development Program Manager, I build and manage programs that support the development of our global employees, such as our Career Progression Hub, Performance Management coaching and workshops, and developing learning paths for our team members to help them on their career journey. This includes working with our vendor’s People Scientists to validate the survey design and to analyze the results. - Led the launch of our internal Talent Marketplace tool, including vendor selection and implementation. Designed and launched our Beta program as a part of our launch strategy, while also developing the program to support this new career development tool company-wide, including launch strategy, enablement, success metrics, and communication strategy. - Built and launched our Progression Hub, an internal page providing resources and courses to support our employees' career development journeys. -
