As part of this role was a major reduction of arrears which started at 282K. By the end of my role i had successfully reduced the arrears down to 40K in 6 months and increased yeilds of certain products from 30% to 95% saving the company over 62K a year.
Part of the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme (DTUS) which aims to recruit the military's future technical officers. During university I underwent leadership training and also took part in numerous adventurous training exercises which allowed me to gain numerous outdoor qualifications.
