After spending 10 years as a professional athlete my competitive nature drove me to a career in software sales. I spent the next 7 years as an enterprise account executive in the software business where the 2Win! skills and techniques became my secret weapon for success. It was at that point that I was given the opportunity to stop just being a passionate client and join the 2Win! team. I have since spent the last 7 years here as an account executive, and now global sales leader to help our clients maximize critical client facing moments by providing them with tactical, practical skills and techniques that help them achieve success. These proven skills and techniques help our client's maximize critical customer interactions such as discoveries, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and client success/post-sales activities to help them win more business and retain long term loyal customers.I have a passion for coaching and for helping others reach their personal and professional goals. In my time at Boise State University, with 4 NBA teams, and in my first software sales role, I was blessed with great teammates, coaches, leaders and mentors that helped push me and mold me into the person I am today. I knew when my career in basketball was over, I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself and embrace my passion for teamwork and coaching.2Win! has given me the opportunity to be a great teammate, coach, leader and mentor the way others have helped me in my career. It’s what fuels my work ethic each and every day! Hard work and a passion to learn and get better took me from childhood dreams to the NBA and from first time software sales to a global sales leader. There is always more to learn and I look forward to getting better every day in business and in life.I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona and have 4 an extended family of 4 kids in colleges across the US (Boise State, Arizona, Arizona State and the Naval Academy). I have a love for the outdoors and enjoy the lifestyle that AZ provides. Yes, even when its 115 degrees!
