Responsible for the operation of Vita Group's technology support services - HelpDesk, Systems, Network & Infrastructure Teams, Data Integrity and Reporting, Point of Sale Development, and Procurement and Deployment Team servicing 1300 employees. Group brands and nation wide points of presence supported including 80 x Telstra T Stores & TBCs, 12 x Next Byte retail and service centres, 100 x Fone Zone retail outlets, Sprout Accessories, Vita Networks, state offices, and 100+ corporate team. primary IT team located within a dedicated 4 level head office with in house state of the art data centre and fully replicated DR site. Key aspects of the role included strategic planning, major project management and delivery, budget and forecasting of IT capex and opex, IT research and development, data security and compliance, and disaster recovery. IT considered within the group as the business enabler.
