I took place in a voluntary placement to observe and record the feeding habits and behaviour patterns of a range of marine life.

Within this role my main responsibilities were to facilitate the development of mutually beneficial long-term customer relationships, by planning, implementing and conducting on going training with National Accounts. I had to execute these effectively and efficiently whilst supporting other departments within the business, who required my expertise in event and project management.

To manage a portfolio of 14 brands containing 36 products including Bacardi Superior, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Grey Goose Vodka and Jack Daniels To present the features, advantages and benefits of these brands to win business and acquire listings in customers’ establishments in order to achieve core company targetsTo develop customer relations and brand advocacy by devising and delivering tailored training sessions, marketing and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and rate of saleTo control and manage a budget of £50,000 per annum To negotiate contracts with owners and buyers that are mutually beneficial and enhance working relationships Awarded ‘Outstanding Behavioural Award’ in 2006
