• I’m a career IT professional with 35 years’ experience initially hands on in software and business applications with the last 10 as an IT Manager with responsibility for applications, projects and finances. • Following IAG takeover I moved into an IT transition role followed by managing their single responsible vendor.• All during my career, I’ve worked with business users in various departments – ranging from Executive level on steering committees through to department directors and also with the hands-on SMEs in the departments.
