We work with clients in the public and private sector on projects including retail, commercial, education, housing and hospitality. Capitalising on the NBN project, I secured multiple contracts with delivery partners such as Downer and Broadspectrum and directly with the NBN to build communications infrastructure in NSW and Victoria. I established in-house design capabilities and purchased equipment to provide full turnkey design and construct services covering communications and civil works. We worked across different NBN technologies and completed on-time and defect-free projects. With the renewable energy market maturing, we continued to build our capabilities and secured Clean Energy Accreditation as a commercial solar installer. We work with our customers to specify and install cost effective solar and battery storage systems, that reduce power bills and impact to the environment. I lead business strategy, client relations and oversee operations which are led on a day-to-day basis by my discipline leads.
