Currently, I'm researching Virtual Reality in Sports Coaching as part of PhD with Leeds Beckett University, where I'm embedded in Southampton FC's academy. I completed my undergraduate degree in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Limerick, Ireland acheiveing a 2.1 degree. Here I completed a Strength & Conditioning internship with Galway U17 & U20 hurlers and was extremely fortunate to help the U17's win the All-Ireland title.I'm comfortable with leading or assisting in a team environment, as I've over 8 years of various coaching experience.. I am an enthusiastic soccer coach passionate about improving youth sports and creating optimal learning environments for adolesents. I've currently completed my UEFA B Licence with the English F.A. and I'm looking forward to furthuring my education. Due to my academic background I possess a holistic viewpoint where I'm extremely fascinated by the science within sport, as well as the delivery of it in applied settings. Everyday's a school day.
