Sand Room

Maintenance Technician working on part of the Assembly of Print Head Assembly. The area I worked in was sand drill and audit. Where the process was drilling slots in the die on silicon wafers. They were then cleaned and sent into audit for inspection. Where ere coated, washed and then inspected. With the results was able to improve yields and the reliability of the machine. Carrying out PMs and improvements.
