I am a commercial litigator and partner at the law firm of Barclay Damon, LLP. I focus my practice on all aspects of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Drawing upon my experience as a former law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, I counsel and represent clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, insurance, energy and utilities, and banking. These clients range from small businesses to multi-national corporations.During my career, I have prosecuted the claims of, as well as defended claims asserted against, clients in patent and trademark infringement cases. I have also represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, employment discrimination, environmental, real estate, trusts and estates, and other matters. In doing so, I have acquired valuable trial and appellate experience in New York courts and federal courts across the country, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.I am a member of several bar associations, including the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association, where I serve on its Technology and Information Services Committee. I am also the President of the Le Moyne College Alumni Association Board.
