Assigned as the 16th Military Police Brigade Operations Officer, task organized of over 3,400 Soldiers across 4 geographically dispersed posts, comprised of the 91st MP BN, 385th MP BN, 503rd MP BN, and the 716th MP BN, organized in 29 separate Company size units; supports the XVIII Airborne Corps’ posture of preparing for no-notice, worldwide contingency missions. Responsible for planning, training, and synchronizing current operations to include unit readiness, unit and Military Working Dog sourcing, orders and requests for information management, airborne operations and air coordination, casualty reporting, unit taskings, and long range plans. Monitors law enforcement and force protection activities in support of 235,000 Soldiers, Family members, and civilians in the Fort Bragg military community. Directly responsible for the training and performance of 10 staff officers and 12 noncommissioned officers. Serves as a Jumpmaster.

Strategic Planner in the Provost Marshal General (PMG) Initiatives Group, a strategic, analytic, and communications cell working directly for the Army PMG. Develops concepts, plans, Congressional testimonies, briefings, speeches, and position papers for use by, and presentation to, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, the Secretary of the Army, the Army Chief of Staff, the Army Vice Chief of Staff, Department leaders, and other senior leadership. Responsible for analysis, development, synchronization, tracking, and distribution of a myriad of products for the PMG and senior Army leadership. Maintains a broad understanding of all PMG initiatives and routinely coordinates actions with Headquarters, Department of the Army, Major Commands, the Joint Staff, and the Office the Secretary of Defense. Serves as a member of the Army’s Health Promotion and Risk Reduction Task Force.

Serves as Special Assistant to the Chairman and Deputy Director, Warrior and Family Support in the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Responsible for strategic planning and political-military recommendations to the Chairman’s Director, Warrior and Family Support. Serves as the Iraqi Police Transition Team Operations officer for the Iraqi Security Forces cell for the 3d Infantry Division deployed to Baghdad, Iraq. Manages Police Transition Team operations, training, and plans for the Multi-National Division - Center and its 5 Brigade Combat Teams and 4 Military Police Companies. Provides support to 173 Iraqi Police Headquarters in 4 provinces and 2 separate Baghdad districts encompassing 45,000 Iraqi Police across 5500 square kilometers. Conducts direct coordination with the Multi-National Corps-Iraq, Multi-National Security Transition Team-Iraq, the Civilian Police Assistance Transition Team, and associated Iraqi Police leaders. Provides support and recommendation concerning Iraqi Police to the Deputy Commanding General-Maneuver and the Commanding General, 3d Infantry Division.

Company Commander of a deployed Combat Support Military Police Company operating in Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for the combat readiness, mission success, training, health, safety, welfare, discipline, and morale of 171 Soldiers while in support of Multi-National Corps-Iraq. Responsible for resourcing, planning, and executing Police Partnership in two Iraqi Police Districts and the tactical employment of nine Police Transition Teams comprised of International Police Liaison Officers, Interpreters, and US Military Soldiers. Responsible for coordinating tactical operations and resource support through 2 Brigade Combat Teams and serves as the accountable officer for over $10 million worth of equipment as well as an operational needs budget.

Company Commander of a Combat Support Military Police Company directly supporting III Armored Corps during no-notice worldwide crisis response missions. Provides garrison military police support to over 100,000 Soldiers and Family members in the Fort Hood community. Responsible for maintaining the combat readiness, health, welfare, morale, and discipline of 4 officers and 170 enlisted Soldiers. Oversees the professional development of 4 officers and 74 noncommissioned officers. Trains unit to fight and win on the modern battlefield. Prioritizes all resources of the unit including time, equipment, money, and facilities to accomplish assigned missions. Ensure the combat readiness of 51 tactical vehicles, 338 individual and crew served weapons, 48 tactical communications systems, and assorted supporting equipment valued at over $25 million.

Battalion Adjutant for a 1000 Soldier Combat Support Military Police Battalion comprised of a Headquarters Detachment and 5 companies. Responsible for all human resources function in the battalion including the timely processing of all evaluations, awards, promotions, and other personnel actions. Responsible for the administration and personnel readiness of all assigned Soldiers. Ensures the accuracy of the personnel entries on the battalion Unit Status Report. Manages the battalion safety program. Supervises 8 personnel. Manages the battalion medical section, public affairs and media operations, mail operations, and legal section. Provides the commander with the personnel status of all subordinate units and provides advice on all administrative and personnel functions.

Assistant Operations Officer for a Military Police Battalion deployed to Baghdad, Iraq comprised of 9 company sized units totaling 1300 Soldiers. Assists in the plans, coordination, and execution of operations to provide continuous Military Police support to combat operations throughout the Baghdad Area of Operations. Serves as the Iraqi Police Advisor responsible for training and mentoring an Iraqi Police Headquarters responsible for over 5000 Iraqi Police Officers. Provides liaison to senior Iraqi Police and Coalition Provisional Authority officials throughout the eastern portion of Baghdad.
