Designed, developed and implemented Americas Sales Incentive Plan for US$800 million division of Tyco International Ltd. Program shifted sales team's focus from strictly revenue-based plan to incentivize growth of high-margin products, customers and drive price productivity to offset raw material cost increases. Generated US$45 million in price productivity in Fiscal Year 2009.Drove cross-segment sales behaviors through adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and special sales incentive to maximize revenue opportunities for multiple business segments within TFPP. At close of FY2009, 750 cross-segment opportunities valued at over US$20 million had been captured within CRM system.Improved forecast accuracy by 12% over 2-year period. As part of this initiative, additional stakeholders from Product Management, Business Development, and Finance were introduced into the process.Developed SAP-based Quotation Management System (QMS), creating a centralized repository for quotations and uniform Delegation of Authority (DoA) rules to enforce levels of pricing deviation based on company/product/account profitability rules.

Savings of US$10 million over five-year period while improving line and order fill rates with no negative impact to product portfolio.
