He is a proud US Marine Corps War Veteran and hold a Bachelor of Science in Management. John has extensive experience in managing operations, engineering and construction teams on projects for the nuclear power generation industry, as well as government institutions, and Fortune 500 clients. His expertise includes analysis of site conditions, utility and infrastructure planning, schedule adherence, inefficiencies, project performance, cost estimation, cost management, productivity, procurement impacts, facility and business interruptions, manpower deployment and contract adherence. He has experience throughout the project lifecycle including stakeholder engagement, engineering and development due diligence, team development, financial forecasting, project funding, contractor and vendor management, construction supervisor and project closeout. John has extensive experience drafting and negotiating numerous types of contracts and financial instruments. His engagement experience has included assessments of pre-design work, project delivery methods, constructability reviews, estimation of project-capital cost submittals, bidding activities, project start-up and operations, value engineering, contract administration, quality assurance, and errors and omissions reporting.
