I am an entrepreneur at heart. I love that I am able to help create futures for three companies. The first business I founded was Evolving Texas. We are a civil engineering firm in Fort Worth, Texas and we have an amazing team. My partner, Samantha Renz, is now the CEO, and we are excited about the growth in the abilities of our team, and it's leading to growth in our company. We focus on valuable entitlements and smart design solutions for sustainable infrastructure and land development.The second business I became involved in Indigo Yoga. Brooke Hamblet founded it in 2006 and I became her partner in 2015. I don't hesitate to say we are the #1 Yoga studio in Fort Worth because that is what our customers have made us year after year. People tell us that our Community is one of the most important reasons they come to us. Their friends are here. We have the largest staff of teachers (to my knowledge) and have well over 100 classes per week in three studios. I LOVE working in this business because it literally changes lives.My newest venture is Juggle. It is the first time I have ever sought angel investing, and am excited to announce that our software will be available before summer. This has been a huge learning experience for me, but if we are finally successful, I believe we can change the world. More on this one very soon...What do I do for fun? I LOVE leading executive and forum retreats. There isn't much I enjoy more than spending a few days with a team of leaders creating positive change. If I can help leaders, then I feel I am helping everyone they lead. I currently do this 4-6 times per year.I was the first member of my family to graduate college, working myself through school and graduating in 2007 (38 years old). My wife Elizabeth and I live in Fort Worth with our twins, John & Tilly. I have three older daughters and two grandchildren!I believe not only can you have any life you choose, you absolutely will. Choose well.
