Having a proven record of success, achieved through effective leadership of teams and successful implementation of major projects conforming to international standards including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.I am trained, experienced and qualified in management systems, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies, metrology, calibration and auditing. I have the expertise to coach and train individuals or teams to successfully implement continuous improvement projects within processes through the use of various lean tools. I have championed process improvements that have led to major cost savings, audited and implemented Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety systems to ensure compliance to AS/NZS/ISO and other relevant industry standards.
