The Breakthrough Guy: Break Through Your Own Glass Ceiling In Just 7 Days
CurrentBreakthrough 3.0 transforms people and organisations.Your performance in work and in life itself is equal to your potential minus interference.Breakthrough 3.0 removes your internal interference. Do you have it within you to be the best at what you do? What percentage of your true potential do you think you are able to apply consistently? Everyone has that negative, distracting little voice in their head. People talk about up days and down days. If you feel that things are a bit more difficult for you than they should be, breakthrough might be what you need.Given the number of variables involved it would be a miracle if after the processes of imprinting, modelling and socialisation you became the perfect person, totally equipped for life and business. That never happens. Instead we get by, doing our best with our daily struggle. The personal and business cost of this is huge. Organisations too have baggage which interferes with performance. The trend towards WFH and remote working only tends to make this worse. The good news is you can now get rid of personal and organisational baggage relatively easily.By 2016 I had built up 5 years of experience with the breakthrough process, having worked with about 50 individual clients.I tested my ideas for Breakthrough 2.0 on a group of 25 coach colleagues, guinea pigs if you like, early in 2016. There were two key points to this trial: could the breakthrough process work in a group environment? And, what could we learn from a group professionally close to this process?Breakthrough 3.0 launched in April 2020 as the world's first online group breakthrough process. I took 37 coaches through 4 x 3-hr zoom meetings to help them identify and release their emotional baggage. Some of their recommendations are on my profile.Previously 'stuck' clients have become 'unstuck'. They are now calmer, happier, more resilient and more successful than in the past. Clients have also reported health problems disappearing.
