With over 15 years of experience in investment banking and real estate, I have developed strong relationships and deal expertise within the real estate investing and asset-based lending landscape. I leverage these skills to create innovative and competitive investment opportunities for our investors and partners. New Silver is a direct lender that provides fast, convenient, and flexible capital to real estate investors. We use data and technology to underwrite and originate investment property loans with a high degree of efficiency and predictability.Through our New Silver Income Fund, we utilize a tech-driven strategy to access senior leverage at below market rates which allows us to provide best-in-class returns to accredited investors (17% net return in 2023).
