Worked within the estimating department as part of a team to create building project budgets and costs. I used current software programs such as Timberline and On-Screen Take Off to facilitate that process. My experience involves pricing demolition, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and drywall work.

I processed bid invitations, reviewed technical documents, composed work scopes, assembled project costs, analyzed contractor proposals, reviewed contracts, oversaw the submittals process, audited change orders, assisted in project facilitation and material procurement. I also designed and created an Excel based estimating spreadsheet. This spreadsheet.

Estimated construction costs for custom manufactured wood windows and door entryways. Coordinated project details with the manufacturing division of the company. Oversaw the redesign of the department's estimating software.

I was integrally involved as part of a team within the Estimating Department. I worked to procure sub-contractor estimations, answered questions that arose during the bidding process, reviewed bidder proposals, estimated select materials for each project, assisted in cost tabulations.
