MEET JOHN PATEPrior to moving south, John pastored two churches, one in Kentucky, and a 14 year pastorate in Vermont. While in Vermont, John created Father's Love Ministries and fore-ran the message of Father's Love for all of Vermont and much of New England. While in Vermont, John initiated and led numerous multi-church events including the 2001 Killington Conference, a state-wide gathering.John also served as ex officio town chaplain, serving the needs of those persons not affiliated with a local church, and initiated and contributed to the religion column in the local newspaper. John holds two degrees, an under graduate degree in Religion (Cum Laude) and a graduate degree (Master of Divinity) in pastoral studies, theology, and evangelism. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the coveted Kentucky Colonel award, presented by the governor of Kentucky and a denominational award in recognition for being one of the denomination's five "fastest growing churches." John is author of the recent book, "A Revelation of Father's Love," available through Amazon. The book delineates his journey and covers how and why knowing God as Father is vital for everyone.Currently, John is available to speak to churches and groups and serves as a spiritual father and mentor.
