I’ve also cut my tech teeth with some scrappy start-ups, most recently helping healthcare consulting leader Nordic reach $200M in revenue. I’m an avid student of leadership and the impact leaders have on organizations. By seeking to continually improve myself and truly understand the people with whom I work on a deeper level, I’m able to better craft approaches that keep teams inspired and engaged.
