Interfacing between Accenture and our portfolio development team.* Dec 2000 - June 2001: Working with our senior architect to sell the IPR for Nortel's DSL service activation solution to an SI partner. * Sept 2000 -Dec 2000: Worked with a team of 3 architects to define the service activation architecture for the Cable, xDSL and Wireless Access networks. Extensive experience was obtaining working with Architel's activation suite of products, OMS, Objectel and ASAP.

CrossKeys Systems Corporation (sold to Orchestream, then Metasolv), Kanata, Ontario. * Nov 99 - Sept. 2000: Lead designer and Chief Systems Integrator on an SNMP performance management interface to the Cisco Wan Manager for CrossKeys' flagship product, Resolve. I was responsible for the design, test and delivery of this interface to British Telecom. During this time I worked closely with both Cisco and British Telecom system engineers. * May 99 - Nov 99: Designed, built and sales pitched software prototypes at two trade shows, GovTechNet'99 (Washington D.C.) and Telecom'99 (Geneva, Switzerland). * Jan 99 - May 99: As the Chief Systems Integrator, I managed the delivery of features and bug fixes to Siemens for the final software load of the MainStreetXpress 45190 Element Manager.* June 97 - Dec 98: Helped to design, test and deliver software for the MainStreetXpress 45190 Element Manager for a cutting edge Siemens/Newbridge ATM switch.
