Professional networking and career updates. One thing that motivates me the most about engineering (as well as learning too) is that the outcome you receive out of it grows exponentially. Did you know if you do just 1% better every day for a full year (1.01^365), you'll nearly be 38 times better off than when you started?A job that continually challenges you to learn and get comfortable with being uncomfortable about knowing something is a requirement. My interests align with that of aerospace engineering/applied physics, and I would ideally like to work as a hybrid of R&D and sales engineering, but have no issue transferring skills from one to the other.I will be in my undergraduate program until Spring 2024, and I wish to inevitably attend graduate school for a doctoral degree. So far I've already gotten my physics and mathematics minors from UNT, I've picked up the Mars rover project at UNT, and gotten plenty of leadership opportunities to help educate kids and engineers. I'm currently working towards a Mechatronics certificate, MATLAB Associates certificate, and my Bachelor's!I am open to many work environments and cultures, and am trained on how to interact appropriately with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. Looking for flexible work schedule and computer software available on-site. I'm always searching for an interview possibility to practice on, so please reach out with any offers if you're interested!
