Patient compliance is the key to any treatment plan and that is why the doctor will work with the patient to create a treatment plan that is tailored for their injury and needs. Working with our Personal Trainer assistants, we will work improve your core strength, and muscle strength imbalances. With 400 square feet dedicated to fitness and performance, ARC Chiropractic will help all of our patients and atheltes improve range of motion, reflexes, and core strength. We offer custom fitted orthotics, lumbar spine supports, work out plans, and meal plans. In-additon to offering chiropractic medicine and functional rehabilitation, we also offer Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. ARC utilities acupuncture in both eastern and western philosophies. Each patient will be given a comprehensive exam to determine what would be the best form of therapy.
