Primary responsibilities :Quality Control, Compliance, and Process control. My main project during the summer of 2020 was to validate the process of all gel hand sanitizer production during the COVID-19 crisis. When validating a process both a manufacturing and filling protocol must be written for project executing. These are then followed up by protocol reports that use statistics to ensure that batches being made are homogenous and have a be proven statistically to fall into specifications. Writing a process and filling validation also streamlines the FDA auditing process as it lays out an entire product process in single document. In addition to my main validation project I also put in charge of raw material processing, raw material indexing, and finished product stability testing. Each product receives an 8-12 week stability course to ensure that products can withstand daily use and elemental abuse.

Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer for iAnthus Capital Holdings Inc. The Company is a U.S/Canadian Cannabis company that Operates in 11 states. As an executive assistant, I ensured that all initiatives created by the CSO were put into proper motion. I created a year-long plan for the company’s social equity program and community outreach. This experience of being subordinate to a C-level executive and working in a bustling office, required much cooperation and collaboration among the employees.

I assisted in product formulation and reformulation for customer verification and testing. I also observed and assisted in the manufacturing of a full scale batch of Rosarco Repair Shampoo by Briogeo, one of the largest customers of Suite-K.
