CurrentThe US private aviation sector alone comprises of thousands of companies, of which 2,500 establishments (single-location companies or units of multi-location companies) are within the air charter services industry, with combined annual revenue of nearly $13 billion. The industry is concentrated: the 50 largest companies account for about 60 percent of industry revenue. Companies such as Corporate Jet Charters offer a variety of private aviation services, of which air charter services is the core product offering. Major services include domestic passenger travel (55 percent of industry revenue); international passenger travel (15 percent); domestic air freight (10 percent); and international air freight (5 percent). Additional services include executive helicopter charter, aircraft management, aircraft sales, and corporate fleet management, all with customized commercial air charter programs, and concierge services.
