Developed investor relations programme for complex international transaction targeting institutions in UK, US and Australia. Clearly communicated the CYBG standalone investment case and moved the narrative on from negative legacy perceptions of poor performance and conduct issues such as PPI; successfully engaged NAB shareholders, with over 90% retaining or increasing their CYBG holding mitigating the risk of “flowback”; generated demand for the IPO; successfully created a differentiated CYBG identity and equity story.IPO book 4.5 times covered - shares rose 7% on the first day of trading and 60% over subsequent weeks, with strong support from Australian shareholders, demonstrating negative perceptions had been overturned. Positive press coverage with key messages in 90% of articles.Delivered capital markets day for 70 analysts & investors to update on strategy & IPO targets and showcase the executive team. Share price rose 55% during my tenure, significantly outperforming the market and peers.

Reinvigorated the IR function and enhanced company reputation and brand during a time of significant regulatory change and political and media scrutiny.
