John is a licensed broker and Realtor with Spyglass Realty. He has focused onresidential real estate for more than a decade. His experience includes owninga local franchise for the largest home buyer in the United States, buying andselling multiple properties on a monthly basis. These roles have put him onboth sides of deals hundreds of times; skills that translate to current clients,allowing them to reach their real estate goals: Whether moving in or out of a high-demand neighborhood, relocating to Austin or requiring assistance with a challenging sale.John serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).He has taught negotiation strategy and buying and selling techniques to theAustin real estate community and holds the Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSI)and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.Prior to focusing on real estate, John spent 16 years in communications andmarketing positions for technology companies and public affairsorganizations. He earned a BA in government from Georgetown University inWashington, DC. John is actively involved with the Meals on Wheels Groceriesto Go program and SAFE. John grew up in Tucson, AZ and lives in Austin withhis family
