I am a registered nurse and healthcare operations leader that is constantly a work in progress. I am ready, and willing, to unlearn and learn for the sake of the stakeholders I care for and the systems I am blessed to be a part of.Continuous quality, process improvement, and strategic systems thinking are my greatest strengths and where I find the most fulfillment. I like thinking outside the box, while being mindful of what's in pockets.I don't pretend to know, or even aim to have, all the answers and solutions. But I truly enjoy leaning in to the hard questions in order to help organizations and teams get to where they want to be.Two guiding principles I tend to gravitate towards as I lead to affect people, processes, and systems:Deming - "It is not enough for everyone to do his best.
