Select accomplishments include establishing a comprehensive human capital strategy and model as a roadmap for change, integrating workforce planning as a collaborative decision making process, overhauling performance management to align with the organization's mission, overseeing the creation of 300+ interactive career paths, deploying competency models and associated development programs, and enhancing recruiting and hiring services through new technologies and updated cloud-based technologies. Also responsible for providing executive level leadership and guidance for House-wide programs, including the Employee Assistance Program, the Center for Well-Being, the Green and Gold Congressional Aide Program. Additional responsibilities include designing, deploying, and maintaining the House Human Resources Hub.
