Starting as an IT Database Consultant, earned Promotion to assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of KMC’s production workflow and ordering database application. Perform application support including providing system enhancements to improve user productivity. Ensure that the daily efficiencies and reporting requirements are achieved, standard and ad-hoc.• Successfully produced a coordination process between the Data Operations, Finance, and Billing departments to sync the network footprint and finance data resulting in the retention of $780,905.20 in monthly revenue.• Successfully deployed two function critical systems one with Allegiance Telecom a $30,000,000 contract and a Qwest Circuit Inventory Clean-Up project saving $22,620 a month.• Successfully produced a database application that houses the entire telephone dial plan matrix for the United States encompassing all telecom companies, termed the Auto Dial Planner. The mechanization of the dial plan process reduced dial plan generation from roughly 1000 per week with a team of 4 employees to 1053 dial plans per day allowing KMC to restructure valuable employee resources.• Effectively interfaced between KMC and third party application development company, Pinnacle Software Solutions, to ensure that company business rules and workflow were properly conveyed for the production of NOVA, KMC’s sole Data Operations operating system which reduced incorrect ordering by 67%.
