Operations Director
CurrentI am responsible for managing multiple projects and clients concurrently, as well as tracking project schedules and internal team resources in order to oversee the production of final project deliverables within project deadlines. I assist with project research and proposals, production of plans and specifications, and attend both design team and City/County meetings. I assist in the creation and implementation of marketing materials for the company, and help to maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. Finally, neither snow nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night will stay me from the swift completion of taking out the trash every Thursday morning.
