These businesses were formerly owned by Wyndham Worldwide.Reporting to the VP, European Programme Office, responsible for managing large-scale projects and programmes throughout Europe – both for individual business units and for the group as a whole. Key Projects/Programmes included:* Business Applications - multiple projects/programmes to procure/build, customise, integrate and implement business critical applications including: Reservations Systems, E-commerce solutions, Content Management, Customer data analytics and BI/reporting.* Business Organisation/Process Change - project to transition the ongoing management of overseas property portfolios from the UK cottages business to Novasol AS. Included extensive organisational and process change as well as data migration and systems integration. * IT Infrastructure - Active Directory (AD) Migration project to design/build new AD and MS Exchange infrastructure, migrate 4,000 users, 700 servers and all impacted systems prior to network separation from the group's former parent company (Wyndham)* Business Improvement Programme - 15 initiatives (covering Technology, Process, Organisation and Commercial proposition) to improve the UK cottage business’s property owner recruitment and retention performanceInitiatives were typically 1 to 3 years duration, high complexity/risk with budgets up to £5m.

• Contracted as a Project Manager to Cendant Vacation Rental Group (VRG), reporting to European CIO• Completed four system integration/migration projects with newly acquired businesses across Europe.• Invited to join Cendant VRG (now Awaze) as a ‘Senior Project Manager’ on a permanent basis.

Atinera was a joint start-up venture between Amadeus and US based Fourth Dimension Software (FDS)• Joined during start-up as a Project Manager reporting to the Project Services Manager• Led the Atinera project team to implement FDS’s Contour system for SAS’s city breaks programme

Travellog was a leading provider of reservation systems for self-catering/self-drive holiday companies and booking systems for ferry and rail operators• Responsible for leading the Project/Account management functions with four direct reports• Redefined the Project/Account management function and bedded into the new company structure• Managed several key accounts including Thomson's Specialist Holidays Group

• Responsible for implementation of Travellog's res2000 reservations system for new clients and for on-going customer account management• Led numerous res2000 implementations and established ongoing business relationships with key clients including Thomson Specialist Holidays Group, Meon Villas, Mark Warner, National Trust, the RAC and the Holiday Cottages Group (now part of Awaze)

• Appointed as Sales Executive and promoted to Manager, Sales and Marketing in 1991• Managed the sales function, negotiated sales resulting in a threefold revenue growth and managed new implementation projects for clients including Blakes Holidays and Gites de France
