John has devoted 28 years to the Construction and Inspection industries. He served a 13 year appointment to the City of Lakewood's Department of Planning and Development, primarily as an Inspector and Construction Spec Writer. John has performed over 5,000 General Home Inspections and more than 100 commercial inspections. John is a Certified Master Inspector ICC Certified as a Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, and Mechanical Inspector.John is a member of the faculty at Hondros College, Westerville, OH, where he teaches Home and Building Inspection, and a variety of Building Sciences. Member: American Mensa, The International Code Council, The American Society of Home Inspectors, The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, The International Association of Indoor Air Quality Consultants, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, The Cleveland Area Board of Realtors.

Hondros College is the only college based training opportunity for Home Inspectors in Ohio. I feel we offer a strong curriculum delivered by an excellence in teaching staff. Most home inspectors have no formal education specific to home inspection. I'm confident that our faculty is setting a new bar for the industry.
