Through an interesting life twist, I showed flexibility and adaptability to make a radical transition from non-profit into the oil and gas industry. I was part of the initial Cameron flowback and well testing team that worked in West Texas. I led all aspects of flowback / well testing jobs. Key competencies included safety, production reporting, equipment monitoring and maintaining positive relationships. Companies worked for included Oxy, BHP, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Vantage, Chesapeake, and Anadarko in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Arkansas.

I held key positions that included General Manager, Director of Partner Services and Director of Affiliate Relations. I was the liaison to the network president and key contributor during Daystar's years of significant development into the fastest growing and second largest Christian network in the world. I implemented new methods of network exposure, launched new departments and negotiated airtime and tower contracts. To push the footprint of Daystar, I strategized and presented our young, fast growing television network to the cable industry around the United States, while building solid relationships with cable executives. I also facilitated the development and implementation of the employee benefits package at Daystar, which was a significant reason for employee satisfaction that earned Daystar the Best Christian Workplace Award in 2006.
