General Manager Technical ServicesSabbatical Jul 2015 - Aug 2017After nearly four years with St Barbara and over 30 years in the Resources Industry, I’m taking a well-earned break. We all talk about work and life balances, “do I work to live or do I live to work”? There are lots of other ways of putting the same question, but they all end up in the same spot, “when is the right time to move on”. For me the time was now. So, I am doing what all of us have always wanted to do, take time off to spend time with my wife, travel a bit and rebuild after what has been a tumultuous couple of years of boom, bust and renewal. After 18 months of sabbatical, I'm ready to do it all again.
