Responsible for meeting with and development of suppliers for multiple plants in Eaton PRD. This involves meeting with suppliers virtually and traveling to the Supplier's site. Meetings include negotiations, securing inventory and capacity, identify risks, and generating cost-out ideas. Will participate and lead projects and Pro launches for issues or concerns identified during visits. This includes RFQs, Stocking Agreements, MPAs, and resiliency projects. Projects impact several millions of dollars of revenue for Eaton.

Responsible for the management of the Procurement Team at the Eaton Arden plant. Team consists of 3 Buyer Assistants, 3 Senior Buyers, and a Cost Analysts. Procurement Team manages over $170M in annual spend along with 400+ vendors. Team Manages multiple commodities which include raw steel, raw copper, metallic parts, electronic components, transformers, reactors, MRO, Indirect, Distribution, and Wire/Cable.

Assigned to the purchasing and management of multiple commodities. Either currently managing or have managed Transformers, Electronic Components, Distribution, MRO, Wire/Cable, Harnesses, and several others. Managed over 200 vendors at one time as well as over $50M in spend. Responsibilities include PO management, invoice management, supplier management, and contract negotiations at the plant level.

Served as the Alternate Emergency Manager for Al Asad Airbase in Iraq. Coordination for non Kinetic responses that range from actions after enemy action to COVID response. Planned and created the COVID response for Al Asad Airbase. Led or assisted in over fifteen separate quarantine and isolation incidents.

Served as the HHC Company Commander for the 207th Regional Support Group. Led the company on a deployment to Iraq where it was split into three separate bases. During deployment, served as the Mayor for Al Asad Airbase which consisted of provide Base Life Support (billeting, transportation, and services) to over 4,000 Soldiers and 57 separate organizations. Also served as primary coordinator for LOGCAP Contracts processing over 300 Letters of Technical Direction.

Responsible for the planning and execution of the Command and Control Chemical, Biological, Radiation, and Nuclear Reaction Exercise (C2CRE) for the unit. This included the development of operation orders, planning and scheduling of training, and preparation of certification of unit. Responsibilities include inventory management, logistical planning, and resourcing.• Actively managed the equipment for the C2CRE mission to include inventories, replacement, and management.• Coordinated between multiple areas to plan and execute missions• Worked closely with customers to have a better understanding of resource requirements and forecasting needs and equipment• Lead in the planning of unit Combat Planning Exercise (CPX) to include the creation of the training plan, schedule training, and organize the event.

Experience working as Outbound Supervisor for a Rapid Deployment Center. Responsible for the loading of trailers for 141 stores for The Home Depot. Assisted in the successful transition from pallet loading to manual floor loading. Managed 30 Wall Builders, 12 Loaders, 2 Material Handling Equipment Personnel, and 23 Cart Builders. • Managed both Wall Build and Cart Build at the same time, a job which normally required two supervisors, as well as filled in the role of another Outbound Supervisor.• Assisted in the successful transition from Pallet Loading to Wall Building by working with senior management to find ways to improve the performance of the building.• Led in the development of new Associates by giving all new associates on shift a tour of the building upon arrival, answer questions, and explain the overall operation of the building. • Examined workflow on an hourly basis to find ways to streamline and improve efficiency of area.
