My life’s work has been devoted to helping organizations implement new and better ways of thinking and doing. My work focuses in three areas: 1) implementing organization change; 2) designing technology-enabled learning processes that produce a measurable improvement in people’s capability; and 3) connect the right talent with the right employer.I’ve been accused of being a bit of a “Swiss Army Knife” business improvement consultant due to my 20+ years of experience in organization development, change management, speed-to-proficiency learning solutions, education and learning; business process redesign and implementation; talent acquisition; and mentoring and coaching. One of the major advantages of a several decade career in the change business is that I’ve learned a lot about what does and does not work. As a result, I bring to my work a set of beliefs, philosophy, principles and methods that, when applied, produce the desired results.
