• Complete Resident Services training module – Salesforce Propertybase platform• Answer resident and guest calls, identify maintenance issues, complete service requests/work orders and coordinate work order tasks• Complete routine building and apartment inspections, report building compliance issues and check for the presence of damages, defects or items that need to be repaired, replaced or updated• Conduct investigations regarding complaints and tactfully resolve resident issues• Facilitate processes for leasing, subleasing, pass-down and changes of tenant• Oversee the residential/commercial lessee’s experience from tour to move-out

● Attend and complete the 6-week intensive emergency and medical procedural training program for flight attendants in Atlanta, GA● Maintain Federal Aviation Administration-mandated compliance items before and during each trip and complete annual recurrent training programs● Complete all computer-based flight attendant training modules to maintain compliance● Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all company security protocols● Provide the highest level of customer service to airline passengers, as well as, but not limited to, providing directions relative to the airport, implementing customer loyalty programs, physically assisting with luggage items and ensuring the proper response to any medical, security or emergency-related situations

● Complete LAVAZZA Barista training.● Operate POS system; prepare pastries, sandwiches and salads and espresso-based drinks and treats. Wrap-up required items at the end of shift.● Complete daily temperature logs and stock requisition order forms.● Empty wastes and all other refuse and recyclables in designated areas.● Clean and sanitize work stations at day’s end. Account for cash drawer minimum balance, cash drop and appropriate tips.
