DIMHRS was a DoD initiative to consolidate multiple HR systems.NGB HR Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)09/2007 – 04/2008Prior to DIMHRS Mr. Bradshaw supported the NGB PSDR program where he was the lead for client workshops supporting the business process reengineering and strategic communication efforts related to PSDR.
