Mr. Bradshaw was the DoD vMonitoring group lead in the Federal Sales practice at Dell Software. In his first year Mr. Bradshaw led a team of Dell sales associates to close a complex deal, with many disparate product offerings, valued at over $600k in products and services. In his role as a Dell sales lead, Mr. Bradshaw has leveraged his experience as a management consultant to provide vMonitoring solutions to the DoD enterprise. Mr. Bradshaw, and the Federal vMonitoring Team, achieved 110% annual sales quota in the first year.

Mr. Bradshaw first enlisted in the Maryland Army National Guard as a light infantryman. On August 2005, Mr. Bradshaw commissioned as the Officer Candidate School (OCS) Academic Honor Graduate. Upon finishing his civilian MBA, Mr. Bradshaw attended the Army Ordnance School in Aberdeen, MD where he was recognized as the Distinguished Honor Graduate for demonstrated leadership and the highest academic average.

Vendor Relations Process Transformation04/2011 – 03/2012In this role Mr. Bradshaw worked with the SVP of Business Management Services, and Vendor Relations Team to integrate two disparate workflow systems, and lead the associated change management effort. As part of this initiative, Mr. Bradshaw facilitated stakeholder workgroups with VR leaders to develop the strategic direction of future processes, and developed accompanying work products to drive technical and functional system requirements.Data Classification Strategy and Implementation04/2011 – PresentOn this project Mr. Bradshaw led the development of a comprehensive data risk classification strategy, and change management effort for Marriott International.Ritz-Carlton Residences Payroll Transformation12/2010 – 04/2011Before his role on the Data Classification and Vendor Relations projects Mr. Bradshaw worked with the VP of Ritz-Carlton Residences on a business process re-engineering (BPR) effort to improve payroll processing at Ritz-Carlton Residences. Mr. Bradshaw developed the project plan, engaged senior Marriott HQ stakeholders for implementation approval, and oversaw all aspects of the technical implementation for this project.Ritz-Carlton OVOS Software Transformation06/2010 – 01/2011Before the payroll transformation project Mr. Bradshaw worked as a PM on the Marriott Opera Vacation Ownership Software (OVOS) implementation at all Ritz-Carlton Condo Hotel properties. After developing a project management plan Mr. Bradshaw led the approval of OVOS through Marriott’s enterprise architecture, and testing processes, and oversaw the technical implementation of the software on each property.Europe Three Year Development Strategy04/2010 – 11/2010As part of a team Mr. Bradshaw mined and processed available distribution data, and developed a concise and intuitive format to display key development metrics.

National Guard Bureau (NGB) BPR10/2009 – 04/2010Prior to his work with Marriott, Mr. Bradshaw supported the NGB HR Transformation effort as a work stream lead. Mr. Bradshaw led client workgroups, developed process maps and training materials, and provided functional and administrative guidance to junior consultants engaged in his respective work streams.Army G-1 Human Resources Military Pay (MILPAY) Transformation06/2009 – 10/2009Prior to supporting the NGB HR Transformation Mr. Bradshaw supported the Department of the Army G-1 MILPAY Transformation Team as the change management lead. As the functional lead Mr. Bradshaw organized all aspects of the change management function to include the work breakdown structure, schedule, development of the critical path, and strategic communications plan. Mr. Bradshaw was responsible for all MILPAY Transformation change management deliverables as well as the day-to-day oversight of 2 junior change management consultants. MILPAY Transformation was a Army initiative to recapitalize DMPOs from DFAS management to IMCOM.Army Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS)09/2008 – 06/2009Prior to MILPAY Mr. Bradshaw supported the Army Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS) as a team lead for the change impact team. As a team lead Mr. Bradshaw was responsible for the administration and coordination of 6 work streams and 2 junior consultants. In addition, Mr. Bradshaw facilitated workgroups and aggregated data in Excel to map end-to-end business processes in iGrafx. DIMHRS was a DoD initiative to consolidate multiple HR systems.NGB HR Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)09/2007 – 04/2008Prior to DIMHRS Mr. Bradshaw supported the NGB PSDR program where he was the lead for client workshops supporting the business process reengineering and strategic communication efforts related to PSDR.

As part of the OLDP Mr. Bradshaw was exposed to a number of careers in this rotational program for future leaders within Lockheed Martin. The OLDP program focuses on building skill areas such as managing change, strategic communication, project management, six sigma implementation, and strategy development.
