Access LA Mobile Applications: Released Access LA, a web, iPhone and Android application that allows users to find and rate the accessibility of venues in Louisiana, using easy to understand criteria.Hosted VOIP: Moving mission critical phone services from Avaya PBX systems located in four Louisiana offices to a single, hosted system, accessible via the public internet. ERP migration from Dynamics Great Plains to Netsuite: Replaced on-premise, unsupported Great Plains ERP system and undocumented, spreadsheet-based processes with Netsuite. Cloud migration project: Migrated all Advocacy Center IT systems in four separate offices to the cloud after Hurricane Katrina. ERP migration from Dynamics Great Plains to Netsuite: Replaced on-premise, unsupported Great Plains ERP system with Netsuite. (see Projects section for details)
