Co-Owner of Athletic Republic-in Heber City and Lehi, UT. Our sport-specific, individualized programming is designed specifically for athletes preparing for the upcoming season, gaining an advantage in the off-season and keeping their skills sharp during the season. Our programs push athletes hard and make them faster, stronger and more agile than they ever thought possible.As an athlete I competed three times in the FIS World Championships and twice in the Olympic Winter Games. My athletic career includes individual World Cup top-10's and two top-5 results at the World Championships in the Nordic Combined Team Event. I coached with the US Ski Team from 2002-2017. During that time the US Nordic Combined Team has won 4 Olympic medals, 1 Gold and 3 Silver as well as 7 FIS World Championship medals, 4 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze. I have coached elite youth soccer in Heber City, UT since 2010. In addition to coaching multiple teams, I am also the 13U-19U DOC for Heber Valley United. Additional Experience:--Degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Colorado-Boulder--25+ years coaching experience--USSF National C License soccer coach--SmartFootball Level 1 Certified (European Elite Soccer Academy)--Level 3 USA Cycling Coach--USOPC Order of Ikkos Coaching Award--Former FIS Nordic Combined Committee Member
