My primary duties were to assist the CLM (Customer Logistics Management) team to allocate resources and handle the order entry and management of Infineon customers and distributors.I also helped in Infineon's goal of increasing it's automation by creating excel macros to reduce the manual labour required for the CLMs to create and run their weekly reports.

I was based with the Maintenance Department of Cheminova for 6 weeks. I performed a variety of individual tasks, but my main purpose was to assist the Maintenance Department in the annual factory shutdown. This involved on site inspection, repairing and replacing of a wide variety of factory equipment and illustrated the difficulties of running a factory from an Engineering viewpoint.

I was a day to day sales assistant as well as a trained barista and crepe maker. Working in Gino's provided valuable retail and customer service experience.

My main job was firstly to inspect and identify mechanical faults in bicycles and subsequently to repair the faults to the standards set by the qualified mechanic in the shop.
