Quality, design and/or build stamping dies for 95 panels (including all major Class A panels), Advanced Engineering (Product and Dimensional), and Launch Support

Awarded the General Motors GMT250/7 (Pontiac Aztek/Buick Rendezvous) Underbody Project • Responsible for Program Managing the complete Underbody of this new SUV vehicles, including Customer Support, Engineering Support, Facility planning and launch of the tooling and assembly equipment• Had 7 people reporting to me (2 tooling Engineers, 2 Assembly Engineers, Quality personnel, a tooling follow-up person, and a program co-coordinator)• The project entails $ 40 million in tooling, and $ 35 million in annual sales• Worked with internal Facilities Team to assist in the design and built of a new 350,000 sq foot stamping plant in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. This facility was dedicated for the GMT250/257 program.• Provided Launch and APQP support at GM Ramos Arizpe• Program PPAP’ed and launched on schedule, and under budget
