Hello! I am an accomplished creative leader, media producer, and brand marketer with global experience at the intersection of media, business, and technology. Over the course of my career I have developed broad knowledge of the music, television, and publishing industries and cultivated a reputation as a strong contributor and tactful people manager who not only puts innovative and valuable ideas on the table, but also follows through to make them a reality. I thrive on identifying opportunities, relentlessly developing and pursuing new initiatives, assembling collaborative teams, reinventing obsolete systems, digging into the data, energizing and elevating colleagues, and advocating for strategic risk-taking in service of driving growth.I currently lead the Digital-Creative team (social, email, SMS, website, video, design, photo) for the Office of New York Governor Kathy Hochul where my headline goal has been to develop and expand the team to increase quality, quantity, and effectiveness of the team. Before that I was part of the Consumer Marketing senior leadership team and led in-house creative (video, graphic design, UX/UI, podcasting, photography, virtual events) at book publisher Penguin Random House - a team I built from scratch over my 10 years at the company. My group was responsible for producing 10,000+ assets/year reaching tens of millions of consumers/month and contributing to millions in annual D2C sales.
