The breadth and scope of this project included deployment of an Ultra Wideband RFID real-time location system, a 3D imaging platform, several varieties of biometric authentication, an enterprise emulation system to integrate mainframe legacy functionality, several hundred SQL servers and the deployment of thousands of desktops. After acquisition by Microsoft supported the flow and parsing of hundreds of inbound message feeds from multiple systems, the SQL infrastructure to store and process this data and the application servers that dynamically extruded useful views of this data to an internal user base of 20,000+ clinicians and staff customers.
