- Configure routers for static IP addresses, default gateways, DNS, dynamic DHCP, etc.
- Command line troubleshooting (ipconfig, ping, tracert, sfc/ scannow, chkdsk, msconfig, etc).
- On-phone and In-person assistance to end users on how to manage and use software and systems.
